1. Introduction

By signing this consent agreement, I, the Data Subject, grant the Data Officer and the Company authority to act on my behalf regarding the collection, processing, and handling of my personal data as described below. This consent is given in compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

2. Scope of Consent

2.1. Personal Data Subject to Processing
The following types of personal data may be processed under this agreement:

• Name
• Address
• Email address
• Phone number
• Identification numbers (e.g., National ID, Passport)
• Financial data (e.g., bank account details, payment information)
• Employment details (if applicable)
• Other personal data required to perform the specified purposes

2.2. Purpose of Processing
The personal data will be processed by the Data Officer and Company for the following purposes:

• To carry out legal and contractual obligations on my behalf.
• To communicate with third parties on my behalf, including financial institutions, government agencies, and legal entities.
• To represent me in the management and execution of financial, legal, or administrative tasks.
• To manage my account or membership with the Company.
• To provide services or products I have requested from the Company.
• For any other purpose explicitly specified in this agreement or as required by law.

2.3. Duration of Processing
This consent will remain valid for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this agreement or until consent is withdrawn by the Data Subject, as described in Section 6.

3. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of personal data will be based on the following legal grounds under the GDPR:

• Article 6(1)(a): The Data Subject has given explicit consent to the processing of their personal data for the specified purposes.
• Article 6(1)(b): Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the Data Subject is a party.
• Article 6(1)(c): Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Company is subject.

4. Data Sharing and Transfers

I consent to the Data Officer and Company sharing my personal data with the following categories of third parties where necessary to fulfill the specified purposes:

As a Data Subject, I am aware that I have the following rights under the GDPR:

6. Withdrawal of Consent
I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time by notifying the Data Officer or the Company in writing, either by email or postal mail to the contact details provided in this agreement. Upon withdrawal, the Data Officer and Company will cease processing my data, except where legally required.

7. Security Measures
The Data Officer and Company agree to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect my personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, in accordance with GDPR requirements.

8. Liability
The Data Officer and Company will be held accountable for any breach of this agreement that results in a violation of the GDPR. The Company will ensure that all parties involved in processing my data are compliant with the GDPR.
